1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of citizenactivegear.com (the "Website") and to every order you place on it. The Website is operated by Citizen Umbrella Manufacturers Limited ("Citizen", "we", "us"), Survey No. 43/P1 & 43/P3/P2, Ghimsa Kankariya, Village Sanjan, Umbergaon, Valsad, Gujarat, India. By using the Website or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2. Who can order
You must be 18 or older to place an order. If you are buying for a child, such as a school bag, the order should be placed by a parent or guardian.
3. Products and information
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colours may look slightly different on your screen. We may update product details, prices and availability at any time.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indian rupees (₹). You can pay online at checkout or choose Cash on Delivery (COD). A COD fee of ₹79 is applicable on COD orders. If a product is out of stock or a price was shown wrongly, we may cancel the order and refund any amount you have paid.
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship only within India. Free shipping applies on orders above ₹599. Dispatch, delivery timelines, tracking, delivery attempts and address changes are explained in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates.
6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but you can still request a return within 5 days of delivery. How to cancel, how to request a return, what we can and cannot accept, and how refunds are made are set out in our Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Using the Website
You agree not to misuse the Website, try to gain unauthorised access to it or to other users' information, interfere with how it works, or use it for anything unlawful. If you submit a review, photo or message to us, you confirm it is yours to share and is not unlawful or offensive, and you allow us to use it to run and promote our business.
8. Our content
The text, images, logos, designs and other material on the Website belong to Citizen or its licensors. You may view them for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish, sell or reuse them, or use our logo, without our written permission. You may link to our home page as long as the link is not misleading and does not suggest we endorse you. You may not place our pages inside a frame.
9. Third-party links
The Website may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Liability
We work to keep the Website available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Privacy
How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Valsad, Gujarat have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to your rights as a consumer.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and the version on the Website when you place an order is the one that applies.
