Free shipping on every order, everywhere in India. No minimum order value, no hidden handling fee. The price you see is the price you pay.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 4:00 pm IST on a working day are dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery timelines

• Most PIN codes: 2-6 working days from dispatch.
• Metro cities: usually 2-3 working days.
• Remote and north-eastern PIN codes: 7-9 working days.

Delivery timelines can extend during heavy monsoon, festive peaks or regional disruptions. If that affects your order, we will keep you posted.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships you will receive a tracking link by email and on WhatsApp. You can reply to that WhatsApp message at any time for a live status update.

Delivery attempts

Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all three attempts fail, the order returns to our warehouse and we refund you in full.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. We can amend a delivery address only before dispatch, so email orders@citizenactivegear.com immediately if you need a change.

Undelivered or "delivered but not received"

If your tracking shows the order as delivered but the parcel is not with you, please tell us within 24 hours at orders@citizenactivegear.com so we can raise an investigation with the carrier.

Serviceability

We currently ship only within India. Enter your PIN code on any product page to check delivery availability and the estimated delivery date before you order.
